ON CALL Agent Support:
$550 / month - 10 Hour Support Block - Our base package, allows for 10 hours of support for all client and agent needs
$1,100 / month – 20 Hour Support Block- Our most popular package, provides an ample number of hours for support at a competitive rate
$2,200 / month – 40 Hour Support Block - Great for larger agencies with high client loads, allows for advanced client and agent support for all agency needs.
FT & PT Stand-By Agent Support:
Take advantage of having a person on standby for 4-8 hours per day (depending on package) for focusing that specific time on all your support needs
$3,800 / month – 80 hours per month Mon – Fri – 11-3 PST (hour block negotiable)
Negotiable based on scope of work – 160 hours per month Mon – Fri 9-5 PST (hour block negotiable)
